Wedding Invitation to Match your Style and Personality

How would you plan your wedding invitation? Hopefully, your ideal wedding invitation is just as unique as you are. With the many unique styles, personalities and attitudes of many different brides, it is essential to pick the invitation that speaks to you and about you.

Just because you want a traditional wedding invitation doesn’t mean you still can’t be direct and fascinating. Many traditional invitations speak the same elegance as our parent’s invitations, but they have their own unique twist on them.

My favorite classic twist to a beautiful and standard invitation is the add-ones. You can create a magical and mystic invitation and adorn it with tiny crystals to give the paper a sparkle at all the right moments. Or accomplish the same goal with subtle glitter that glistens when the lights above strikes it at the right moments.

Or you can add a whimsical feel to your invitations by opting for beautiful swirls of water color, as opposed to a matt or solid-color background. Who says there are regulations when it comes to designing your dream invitation? There are simply none. Rather, you make the rules. You can do whatever you want because, when it comes to your dream wedding, you are in charge.

Instead of the traditional superimposed invitation that creates dimension and depth, consider a textured border. For instance, you can layer the outer border with a small glimpse of paper-like lace. Or you can try an artistic color as the base and an eye-popping color, like bright pink, as the outer layered border.

If you need more ideas, simply talk to your wedding planner. He or she has seen it all and don’t be afraid to ask a lot of inquiries. They can, undoubtedly, provide you with a lot of ideas that you may or may have not thought of already. Together, you can create a unique invitation that speak volumes of the kind of bride you are.
